TRT HR Workshop

On October 31st, TRT held an HR Workshop at Taicang Enterprise Service Centre.
At this meeting, we invited Mr. Jacob Ketcher and Mr. Elias Fabian Maier, both Business Development Managers of Alcclime China, to share the DUSA Salary Survey Result 2024, which collects salary research from 117 companies in Suzhou and surrounding areas in the industries on machinery, auto parts and electrical. The report contains detailed data and in-depth analysis, focusing on the pain points of enterprises, and also provides a clear direction for enterprises’ compensation management and HR optimization in 2024, helping them to better respond to the challenges brought by economic and market changes. Meanwhile, the learning effect is expected to be further deepened through more case-sharing and interactive discussions.
Next, we invited Mr. Qiu Luning, Partner of Commerce & Finance Law Offices, to share with us the Challenges and Coping Strategies of Employment in Enterprise under the New Normal Economy. Through case studies, he gave enterprises tips on how companies can control labour cost measures and compliance with staff optimisation and considerations. Enterprises need to flexibly respond to the challenges of employment under the new normal economy, but cannot neglect compliance with legal and protections of employee rights. Through refined management and standardized operations, enterprises can not only control costs but also maintain stable employee relations and achieve sustainable development.
