TRT November GM Meeting
On November 12th, TRT held a general meeting at member company, IKD FOEHL Precision Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.
First of all, Mr. Simon Xue, GM of IKD FOEHL Precision Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. expressed his heartfelt welcome to all , and briefly introduced the company’s development history, core business and future development direction.
The meeting was centered on the topic of how global B2B companies can remain competitive in the midst of change. We invited Dr. Olaf Plötner, Director of ESMT Center Bringing Technology to Market, to share Strategic Options of Globally Active B2B Companies. Dr. Olaf Plötner first introduced the impact of global developments on business strategies in terms of differences in global GDP growth, the growth of customers with low spending power and the trend towards regionalization, and then drew out the options for B2B companies to respond strategically, as well as giving tactics for doing so. Using the 365FarmNet platform, which demonstrates the possibilities of delivering smart connected products and system integration solutions through an open platform, as a case study, he emphasizes the importance of innovation, regionalization and digitization, and provides practical frameworks and support resources for companies to develop and implement successful strategies.
Next, Ms. Sophie Liu, Managing Director of Industry Apps (Shanghai), shared with us about Digitalization To Sustainability. Ms. Liu discussed the path to green manufacturing through digitalization for sustainable development, the application of standardized data, and a data foundation for the manufacturing industry to move towards sustainable development.
